I eat daily: 10 eggs (boiled, sunny side up or omelet) 2-3 sweet red peppers (Minimum) 2-3 cucumbers 1 caret 2-3 litters of water ( through out the day ;D ) In the morning 1 cup of black coffee or Tea (no sugar) + 1 cup of low fat cacao (no sugar and no milk) During the day 1-2 more cups of cacao.
