This site is full of opportunistic fakes/scammers. If someone was willing to post pictures of themselves asking for money or attention, don't you think if they were real, they'd get themselves verified to maximise their chances of actually achieving said goal? and also, If someone was accusing you of being a scammer, posting your content, etc, and you were real..
