Feeling so broken today

I can't stop crying today. I'm in so much emotional pain.
I'm not writing this post for anyone to ask me what's wrong.

So please do not ask me.

I always have written my feelings down. Its makes the pain feel less sharp.

Its true what they say about the people who can hurt you the most...

Its the same every time. The feeling of despair. The yearning for that good times to return. Knowing you can never go back in time is the mist pain ful thing.

Sorry to hear that. I'm sure that most of us on here have been in that place emotionally at some point in our lives. Thank goodness it doesn't last, and eventually something nice happens, and it fades into the past!

Your pain is yours, we can't say we're feeling it too because we don't know. But just recently I've been struggling too, The other day I nearly turned around before I got to work because seeing her at work is painful. I'll get through this. You can too xx
