Ridiculous naming dispute
I refer to the Liancoourt Rocks, Dokdo or Takeshima Islands which are in the.
Sea of Japan, East Sea, or even to a few the Sea of Korea.
Nobody wants the worthless and useless chunk of rock.
however for years there have been fighting - not just arguing some times actual fighting over this.
the economy of both our nations would seem to imply that South Korea and Japan both should have better subject on which to waste their time.
yet after this long I am sure niether of us is willing to admit the other has precedence to the dubious privilege of being the owner of Takeshima/Dokdo.
and if we both said fine that is enough and left it alone.
China would be there in two minutes.
they are in another dispute not far away over the equally worthless Paracel and Spratley Islands.
Sea of Japan, East Sea, or even to a few the Sea of Korea.
