Record That Shit Right: Part 2 (smartphone)
Last month I covered smart phone video recording on here on xHamster. I cover a whole bunch of topics relating to video and audio, and how to make the best amateur porn video with your smartphone. You can read that article to learn more: https://xhamster.com/posts/1019571
Now many of you will have various devices running on Android or iOS, and for the most part, most rear facing cameras on modern smartphones are great, and some front facing cameras are better than others. That said, quality is ultimately in the rear facing camera, with some models going up to 4K and beyond.
There's an obvious problem with the rear facing camera- The person taking the video behind the camera can see it, but what do you do when no one is there to help you film your video. Cameras often have a panel that you can flip, but you can't do that on your smart phone. You could hold the camera while you have sex, or position it on a tripod in such a way that you can see it, but in my opinion, it takes the enjoyment out of the sex you should be having. You could just point and shoot and hope for the best, but take a look on xHamster and you'll notice how boring that is. I don't recommend using a mirror cause like... that's way too complicated.
But you should be using your rear facing camera, and I'll give you a quick guide on how to make your next video even better.
First, you want to have as much free space on your phone as possible. Video takes up a lot of space for sure, but that's not really why we want this free space. If some how you can find an extra 20GB of space to save, then that would probably suffice. The more the better. I'll explain later.
What You Need
Streaming Device
You are going to need a streaming device such as a Chromecast or similar device. You'll also need a TV that you can see during intercourse (or to all you lonely men and women, jerking off). Before recording on your device, open the app and enable screen sharing on your phone. It also helps if your phone is in landscape mode, or else the settings on the Chromecast may get a bit wonky. Once you can see the image on your TV, you're ready to press record. Pretty easy!
There may be a short one second delay depending on your connection, and never enable the microphone or else you'll be getting horrible feedback. Other apps may also allow you to send the video to a different smartphone device or computer, and this may help when a television or an HDMI plug is not accessible.
This is also the reason why you need all this extra space on your phone. Even though your not recording the video, it will temporary use space on your phone's hard disk. The stream may get cut off if you exceed your phone's limit.
WiFi
Without WiFi, you probably will not be able to stream across two devices. If you're home, this shouldn't be a problem since you'll probably have that figured out, but if you're away from home, you might want to consider this. Taking the streaming device will mean that you'll have to set it up all over again when you reach your destination, and I wouldn't recommend plugging it into public WiFi.
If you have access to a pocket wifi (not popular in America these days, but very common in Japan), you will be able to use this setup anywhere where you can access the network. In fact, so long as you keep your streaming device connected to your pocket wifi, you should be able to use it anywhere. Leave it plugged in at your house, bring it with you to your friend's place, or plug it in at the Love Hotel.
With your system all set up, and using some advice from my previous post, your entire setup should look a little something like this.
