It shoudn't be this difficult

I have been trying to insert a photo in my home page. You can see what i have. The instructions say that I should be able to re-size and manipulate the image but I am unable to do anything. Where does a person go for help?

you will have to take a photo showing your face along with your [email protected] sign to get verified hon. take your time and read their instructions on how to verify ones self. you will need a camera and way to download on your puter and sent it here to this site, best of luck to you. I agree, it is indeed difficult for some of us
