Supplement Cocktails for the Cock
I've spent the past six months using a various supplements for sexual drive and pleasure, and I want to spare my experiences on xHamster. The following post will be in English, and a Japanese post will be uploaded later this week.

Lecithin: 1200mg 3x twice a day.
Maca: 500mg 1x twice a day.
Horny Goat Weed Extract: 750mg 1x twice a day.
Zinc Picolinate: 50mg 1x once a day.
L-Arginine: 1000mg 1x once a day, and / or before sex on an empty stomach.
Since taking this cocktail of supplements, I have noticed a pronounced increased in my loads both during sex and during masturbation. The above regimen is a general baseline, but occasionally I increase the Lecithin and Maca when I know I plan on having sex.
If there is one pill that seems to have the most impact during sex, it's the L-Arginine supplement. The first time I experienced sex while using L-Arginine was like nothing I had ever experienced before. While I was already in one month of taking all of the supplements, I remained hard after a massive ejaculation, and the fun didn't stop.
The top four supplements should be taking after a meal. L-Arginine can be taken once or more a day, but it's best to take it either two hours after a meal or an hour before a meal to ensure the best absorption of the supplement. In my case, taking L-Arginine before sex has lead to harder, firmer erections.
