So recently I've been trying to do #nofap. Sometimes you need a break to appreciate the little things. So I ask for the guys on here; what's it like for you guys when doing #nofap?

Some time ago myself and my gf started to experiment with chastity play, a year ago (two weeks short of a year actually) this became 24/7. Since then I have had #nofap in fact in the last year I have only had 9 orgasms, it is averaging about 6 weeks between when I am released. To make matters even more frustrating, I still go down on her pretty much every day. The first few months were bad, frustration, mood swings etc. Now my mood has levelled out but the frustration still remains. In the first few weeks in chastity I would be woken by night time erections (uncomfortable whilst caged) but that has lessened now. I do find any arousal causes me to leak like a tap now. On the up side when I am released, the orgasms are so intense I get quite faint, oh and you can imagine, there is much more cum than before

I've attempted countless successful nofap weeks. Each attempt has called for all the restraint and patience I can muster. The the most peculiar things happen to me. The first thing I notice is that over time, I sleep well at night, and my mood and energy levels improve throughout the day. Also, the nocturnal emissions from my teen years return. The downside is I'm plagued with the need for release. My appreciation for all things sexual, even vanilla, returns.

If only I had succeeded in it once in my life. Cannot manage but to go a few days, as I tend to fap before I go to sleep every day. And so I have come to the conclusion that it's no good to go nofap. It's just way too nice thing to do
