Sex in the News- Drugs to increase semen productio
A number of d**gs are i development that offer promise to increase a man's semen production and volume. Current infertility treatments like GnRH and Clomid act by stimulating gonads to produce sperm and do increase slightly the prostate's production or seminal fluid. Though effective, they enhance semen production only indirectly with hormones that stimulate gonads. But stimulating the gonads this way increases risk for cancers.
But newer d**gs are targeting specifically the prostate without the gonads being stimulated to increase cancers. For example, Pregabalin, Lisinopril are in phase 4 trials and others are still in phase 2 safety phase.
Increasing semen production in the prostate holds much promise to increasing overall sexual urge since the effects of an engorged prostate initiate two different mechanisms implicated in erections and desire for sex. First, it stimulates the pressure sensory nerves within the walls of the prostate that tell the brain it's time for sex. This can be an intense and urgent feeling, similar to when the bladder is full and you must urinate immediately. Your penis become highly sensitive and erect, then the seminal fluid begins to leak until you find an opportunity to ejaculate. Its common during puberty but not in adulthood.
The second is that hormones are released from the pituitary that stimulate the hypothalamus, the sex center in it, and you begin to dwell and obsess on sex- the typical "one track mind" thing.
In combination with existing traditional ED d**gs that target vascular mechanisms for erection, these offer the prospect of almost superhuman sex drive and capacity.
Not only will you have a powerful, long lasting erection, but you may have more semen and intense need to keep using it.
But concerns abound about such combinations and abuse. These range from increased sexual partners (and associated risks), penile injury from excessive use, to lack of sleep, physical exhaustion, and even sexual addiction.

Men with the time and control over their schedules who already enjoy casual sex and have the luxury of time to increase that.
Not everyone has the time and schedule to capitalize on such an intense and frequent need to cum.
However, the popularity of the original ED drugs was drastically under estimated by a factor of 1000% making those the blockbuster moneymakers and compeling those companies to scale up and expand manufacturing to keep up with demand. Imagine that for a moment.
One might think
So, this could end up the same and perhaps change the culture to one that is more liberally sexual. Im hoping.
