I will soon be spending much less time on XH
To all of my friends here, official and otherwise,
I will soon be taking something of a vacation from XH - perhaps for a few weeks, perhaps for longer. At present, I have no intention of formally retiring my account, if for no other reason than occasionally strangers come across it and seem to enjoy the content. In addition, it provides a way for anyone who is not a "friend" to leave a comment or message for me.
Most of my XH friends have my e-mail address and we can communicate that way as I check my e-mail multiple times a day and usually respond within a few days or even sooner. As it turns out, nearly all of my friends who have sent me a PM in the last two months already have my e-mail address. If you're an XH friend who doesn't have my e-mail address but wants it, you need only send me your e-mail address via PM and I will reply via e-mail.
I originally came to XH for the porn but, over time, most of the uploaders that I enjoyed have either left or been shut down for DCMA violations so I've been getting most of my porn elsewhere. And many of my XH friends have reduced their presence here (and/or their level of communication with me) substantially. Consequently, I'm not getting as much enjoyment out of my time here as in years past.
So, I plan to spend more of my time reading, doing some long-neglected household chores, and, of course, gardening (as spring seems to be finally on its way here). At the point that I miss XH more than I value my away time, I'll be back. In the meantime, I'll log in very briefly, occasionally, to check on news and PMs, so while my total days away will seem small, my actual time here will be greatly reduced.
It will be a little while before I begin my "vacation", to give people time to swap e-mail addresses with me or to comment on or discuss this blog. I've very much enjoyed my time with you all and I hope that we can continue to talk - either by e-mail or once I return here.
