For me its Listening. Understanding that there is no "one way" that works for everyone. Being patient and accepting of whatever he's told about the way his partner reacts to various sexual techniques. Being genuinely invested in the happiness, sexual satisfaction, and comfort of his partner.

Balance. The best partners, male or female, care about what you want and try to deliver it, but also take their own pleasure from you. When it comes to sex, I feel the most satisfied when we both came hard and had a great time.
