RIP Christopher Lee

I was shocked and saddened. Yes he was 93. But one of the first movies I ever watched with my Dad was "Horror Of Dracula". I thought Christopher Lee was one of the most handsome men I ever seen in my life. Through the years I watched countless films with him in it. You gotta remember over 200 films. Tonight I watched Horror Of Dracula, Scars Of Dracula and currently watching The Wicker Man as I type this. So many amazing Hammer films he was in. Lord Of the Rings and hey he was one of the better things about the crappy Star Wars prequels. There been lots of Dracula's on film. But the best was Christopher Lee. He will be missed.

I still love the name of his unit in WWII: The Ministry of Ungentlemanly Warfare. That's like the classy-as-fuck version of the Inglorious Basterds.

Thankyou Dark Witch,and thankyou juno..for jogging my memory of all those nights i was scared stiff watching Hammer House of Horror..almost forgot about Vincent Price,i think he was called,the trio of great cult British Horror..everytime i see a bat now i will think of him..

What an amazing man who led an unbelievable life! All have memories of his iconic roles!

And he was a commando in World War II, and the secret missions he went on are still classified. He shut down Peter Jackson, who was trying to direct him getting stabbed by saying "Peter, have you ever been there when a man is stabbed in the back? Because I have."
