Neighbour

Well it's happened again, for the 3rd time this week my neighbour facing has been getting dressed in her bedroom with the light on and her blinds open, this time she appeared to look straight at me as I was staring at her from my blacked out bedroom window! Do I say something? What do I say?
She I'd about 26 years old, long brown hair, around a size 10/12 (used to be 16/18), fit as fuck! I'm not sure where she works but she's always dressed smart, usually a knee length skirt, heels and a blouse. She's married with two c***dren, she's been with her husband since they where 15 years old and she recons that he's the only man that she's been with!
Is all of the above an invite or am I just another dirty pervert??????

She knows exactly what she's doing, they have two cars (her and her husbands), the blinds remaine closed until her husband has gone to work, she then opens the blinds before she starts to get ready for work, on a few occasions she has even stood on their bed to get her nylons out of the overhead cupboards (not a hair in sight)!
