Getting to know me
One of my long time friends suggested that I do a blog post that would help you all get to know me, I have resisted for over a year though! I finally broke down, and decided to answer the questions:
My Background: I get asked this an awful lot here, because my profile says I am mixed. I am half black and half white, but very light skinned. Jamaican on both sides, but to be very clear; I am Canadian.
My measurements: Oh come on! I am not going to give it all away but I will say, I have DDs and I am quite hippy, I feel that hips are perpetually bruised because I am knocking things.
My favourite colour: Yellow
My Favourite subject in school: Math
My major at school was: Economics and Finance
I work in: Project planning and management
The best thing about my job: I have gotten to do A LOT of travelling
I love a good: pair of heels, glass of Don Julio Reserva, steak, book, man, hahah I could go on and on
My worst trait: I am impatient and I am clutzy and I can be indecisive
My best Trait: my wicked sense of humour ;)
My favourite sport to watch: I don`t mean to start a riot, but I hate hockey. I am an NBA girl through and through, I am obviously a huge Raptors fan. It is my dream to sit down with Dwane Casey and Masai Ujiri. A close second favourite team would have to be the Cleveland Cavs (Pre Lebron obviously). Anderson Varajo is my celebrity crush. On game days, if I don`t watch I am checking highlights the second I get home.
My favourite food: steak. Medium rare. I am partial to t bones and porter houses.
How many pairs of shoes I own: I really debated NOT answering this because I felt it was a trick...I did start counting them once but I stopped at 150 pairs. I know, I know but we all have our vices.
Star Wars or Star Trek: Trek obviously I would take Picard over Hans Solo any day of the week
Favourite adult drink: Tequila or rum on the rocks, usually with a lime. Every once in awhile wine, I like my reds from Chile and my whites from South Africa
Number one most played song: hahah this is so unfair! I am not 100% sure but I will freely admit I listen to a lot of rap, hip hop and R&B. So a lot of my statuses come from rap songs to be honest. Right now, I listen to a lot of dance hall and reggae though....the truth is it is probably Kotch by RDX( I cringe to admit it)
Favourite Superhero: ooooh this is such a tough one, but I would say Batman or The Flash
Favourite movie: Flawless, The Pelican Brief, The Sound of Music
Favourite show: Bad Education, Mr.D, Downton Abbey, and New Tricks
Something that makes me a nerd: I still do a math problem every day
Athletic endeavours: I was a varsity athlete in University, I played lacrosse and field hockey. I still play in a pick up LAX league but I also cross fit, I do love to lift ;). I am also into climbing.Oh and of course yoga :)
The best way to get my attention: Say something funny, or witty
My ideal man is: tall, intelligent, has dark eyes, makes me laugh, and handles his liquor as well as his business ;)
Weird turn ons: UGH Bald men. If you are bald, 40+, and intelligent there is a 100% guarantee that I am attracted to you. Nice hands also get me, being able to quote Shakespeare, and being able to bring up Sally like a pro, oh and a man who wears good shoes.
I love to: dance, read, cook, laugh, banter, and cum...not necessarily in that order
I do not and would not ever: smoke, do d**gs, and spit
Pet peeves: people who are badly written and spoken, limp handshakes, and those who wear their sunglasses when they meet you for the first time
Pets: not into them really
Reading: Always non fiction, usually Malcolm Gladwell I am in love with his mind
Nick names: Ace, AJ, Little Miss
Secret talent: I can do a cartwheel
