Unfortunately, the comments box here on xHamster won't allow me to post an example of the code, but all you have to do is hit either the "video" or "image" buttons at the top, and a couple of tags (enclosed in brackets) will appear in the Blog Post text field. Simply put the URL to your video page or image file between the tags. Play with it a bit, and you'll soon get the hang of it.
