Its been a while since I...
I was going to somewhat turn this into a story and post it as such. But since what really happened wasnt that eventful Im just making it a post.
As to the title. It refers to the fact that its been a while since Ive really gone out dressed up. For multiple reasons. First and foremost because of where I live and if I saw anyone I knew it would be trouble in my life. Second is my wardrobe. Which is rather slim. It used to be much larger. But when I moved into my current apartment it was somewhat rushed so I had to toss much of it before family and friends helped me move. And thirdly, somewhat related to the second reason. Is thanks to living where I do. And the weather being fairly crappy lately. I dont have many outfits that would really work to go out in. Unless I want to freeze and make myself sick.
But the other day I was slightly bored and didnt really have anything to do. So I randomly got dressed up. While I was planning to be online while dressed my Internet started being uncooperative and died. At which point it was getting slightly dark. Still bored I tossed on the most fem hoodie I have over my girl clothes and walked out the door (Much harder than it sounds since I live in an apartment where many of my neighbors know me, but luckily didnt run into anyone). Living near a park I decided to go for a quick walk. The weather was being fairly reasonable and most of the snow from recently had melted.
I knew my shoes and voice would give me away so I walked semi fast (still trying to sway my hips and wiggle my butt to look fem) and had headphones on so it would make sense if I didnt respond to anyone. I know I got a few looks. And I think I might have heard someone whistle at me. Though that could have been the wind or something with my headphones. I even had a guy following me and caught him looking at my butt once or twice. He walked by me for a bit before I gave him a smile and headed home. My biggest surprise came while crossing the street and a lady in a business suite commented that she liked my outfit (though Im not sure why it was just jeans and a t shirt) I tried to make my voice a soft and fem as possible letting out a thank you. She was surprised but not scared giving me a your welcome. She walked beside me till I headed towards my apartment, giving me glances and smiles as we walked.
After that I just went up to my apartment and changed and laid down to rest before bed. Was definitely an interesting walk. Thats for sure. I guess although its been a while I still can pull off being semi passable fem in public. Though my voice is still a real downfall. But not much I can do about that I guess. Haha.
Well, just thought I would share the experience with all of you. Maybe give you something to fantasize about. ;) . Feel free to comment as always. And as always feel free to look at my amazon wish list. Maybe someone will find and buy me something I can wear out in public till the weather gets better.
