The written word often turns me on more than both, a story, someone's thoughts and desires, learning the intent of another person strikes harder for me than a visual or something auditory. There's a range to it though, a sultry voice could tell me an enticing story, just like one I'd read and it would peak above. In general I'd say Writing>Audio>Visual, but Audio can peak higher, and visuals have a higher base level for turning me on, seeing a phat ass is always sweet, but reading what she'd do with it more so.
