What would be great

Just about anyone I've been in contact with on this site seems to be a bit confused when it comes to what they want.
My perfect relationship with somebody would work something like this:
I am a woman, it is something that I like to explore. This means that however I am dressed I want to be treated like one. I don't look perfectly female but I am motivated to become more and more feminine when I am with a man or dominant woman.
Unfortunately, I cannot do what I want all the time so at least for the moment, I have to do it from time to time.
I want something that is regular. This way, we can get to know each other and be comfortable.
Since I do work a mostly remote job I would like to have a co-working space where we can meet. I would be a woman and of course, we will have sex whenever we feel like it. In time we can even take trips together as a couple.
I am mostly a submissive bottom but this really depends on my partner. I am also not into s**t, uro, or physical pain but I do like verbal abuse, especially in bed.
My future plans include getting back on HRT and having some feminizing surgical operations.
I don't care how my partner looks as long as it's not extreme and I don't care about age(as long as it's legal :) ). However, I do prefer taller men and manly men.
