I'm a cheap whore lol
At the time of this writing, xHamster tells me that I've made $0.84 from my videos. Hooray! This brings my total lifetime earnings from sex work up to... $0.84 lol
I've fantasized about being a cheap whore for some time now, although frankly I expected it to involve small amounts of paper money rather than even smaller amounts of digital currency. I guess I'm old-fashioned that way :D
(although about a year ago, I WAS offered three whole figures from a gentleman with much experience in the industry to do a video with him. Not bad for a part-time closeted crossdresser with half a century of wear and tear. It was tempting, but it caught me at exactly the wrong time. I probably won't get the chance again. Am I just a tease? It's kinda nice to be able to be one, but that's not my intent, really...)
Call me unmotivated, but I don't intend to put much time and thought into marketing myself. I thought it would go without saying that I'm not doing this for the money. But the new way that this site is structured, ads and 'model pages' and such, makes me think that I need to put out a disclaimer.
I've seen a number of people who quit the site, or are otherwise unhappy with the changes. I can't say I'm crazy about the verification and other obstacles to posting. It did seem better when it was more welcoming to amateur and part-time gurls who just want to show off and/or get off a little. If it had been like this back in the day, I don't know if I would have been able to overcome my reservations about posting pics and vids.
Kinda strange that as the world in general is getting more open and accepting, the internet has more barriers to sexual self -expression than ever. I get that the bigger sites are mainly concerned with liability, especially u******e or non-consensual issues that directly impact their relationship with payment providers. On the other hand, we're entering an unfortunate situation in which it's looking a lot like downstream censorship imposed on a largely powerless majority by a small group of extragovernmental entities.
This wasn't what the Internet promised, but we know what happens all too often with promises. And anyway, for various inevitable reasons I'm not going to be able to do this for TOO much longer, no matter what else happens...
OK getting too deep here. As long as you and I keep getting off, I'm gonna try to roll with the changes. Stay strong. Ride it out lol. Etc....
